Suite is a small, private space within a larger building where a beauty and Personal Care professionals like a hairstylist, esthetician, or masseuse can operate their own independent business, essentially renting a mini-space with full control over their branding, schedule, and client experience, while sharing the building with other similar suites; it allows them to run their business without the overhead costs of owning an entire building space.

Absolutely. This is now your business home, Zion Suites welcomes new ideas. But any major changes will need owners approval.

Rent includes furnished or unfurnished suite with a key, maintenance of common areas, wi-fi, electricity, water, heating and cooling, access to the laundry station,break room, lobby area, directory listing on website and 24/7 security camera system.

Suite owners are responsible for cleaning their individual suites.

Rent is due weekly on Friday’s by 6 pm via Zelle, auto draft. We do not accept cash or personal checks.

The city requires all suite owners to apply for a business license.

The Georgia Cosmetology State Board requires all licensed cosmetologists, Estheticians & Nail Techs to have a salon license. Braiders and Locticians do not need to be licensed, but must have a business license.
